NexTalk ACCESS being used by Deaf and Non-Deaf Persons

The FCC funds the expenses of specific services for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Speech Impaired.   Services such as Text Relay, IP Relay, Video Relay, Voice Carry Over and Hearing Carry Over are FCC funded programs and are available only to the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Speech Impaired. Use of these service by a non-Deaf, non-Hard of Hearing or non-Speech Impaired individual who is representing themselves as Deaf, Hard of Hearing or Speech Impaired is fraud.

NexTalk designed the ACCESS communication Platform for not only the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Speech Impaired, but also those with whom they communicate.  ACCESS can also be used by the Deaf person's hearing friends, family, coworkers, insurance agents, dentists, doctors, auto mechanic, tax preparer, hair dresser, etc. to effectively communicate with them.  NexTalk offers a version of ACCESS designed specifically for these non-Deaf, non-Hard of Hearing and non-Speech Impaired individuals.  This version excludes the FCC funded features, thereby removing any concern by the user or the FCC of intentional or accidental misuse.
