HPCI - SimpliciTTY Office
SimpliciTTY Software Box

Introduced in 1994, SimpliciTTY Office is a simple, efficient solution for receiving RTT and TTY calls from the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

SimpliciTTY Office was designed for both large offices, where servers and an IT staff already exists, as well as medium size offices who do not have an IT staff or dedicated communication servers.  In fact, a large percentage of our SimpliciTTY Office clients choose the hosted option because it does not require them to have an IT staff or dedicated communication servers.

With over 25 years of design, improvement and refinement, SimpliciTTY is designed  to work with virtually any office network.  Custom scripting allows you to define how the software receives and routes calls depending on numerous factors; time of day, location, department, after hours, etc.

The SimpliciTTY Office system was design to work with pretty much any phone system used in an office.  The process by which a call is received verified and then introduced into the existing system is both simple and elegant, requiring no additional equipment for a hosted solution and only one specific piece of equipment for a purchased solution; a 32 or 64 bit Telephony board or a VoIP/SIP dongle for virtual servers, both of which are provided by NexTalk.
