The VISn® Remote Interpreting Platform from NexTalk is one of the most comprehensive and complete solutions available.  We don't call VISn a Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) Platform, because it does more than just VRI.  VISn also includes Audio Remote Interpreting (ARI), which is the next generation of Over-the-phone Interpreting.  It also includes 5 deaf-centric features that enable communication for a deaf patient when they are admitted and assigned to a room.  When a deaf patient is admitted to a room, the need for communication does not stop.  The patient needs to communicate with work, schools, day care centers, insurance agents, family members, etc.. and VRI will not work in this setting.  Only NexTalk includes the additional features that allows a deaf patient to continue to communicate as needed once the hospital staff has left.  Thats why we call our solution...fully ADA compliant.
