Captioned Media Program
The Captioned Media Program is a free video lending program funded by the U.S. Department of Education and administered by the National Association of the Deaf. They provide "open-captioned" videos which are made available to all deaf or hard of hearing Americans, their parents, families, teachers, counselors, interpreters, etc. They have educational videos, special-interest videos, classic movie videos and more.
