How do I place an On-Demand call?
  1. On the desktop should be an icon that will link to the On-Demand site. This icon's image and name will be particular to the customer or client running the On-Demand service.
  2. Double-click the icon. This opens up the On-Demand Web site in Internet Explorer.
  3. Login information should already be filled out. Click "Next."
  4. Select a gender and any one of the listed languages. Click "Locate Agents."
  5. Select "First available agent" and click "Place Call." This will begin the interpreting session as soon as an interpreter is available.
